The CPS facility is a collaborative resource to assist researchers in designing and synthesizing small molecules. The CPS lab also provides virtual screening to support the discovery of novel small molecules and access to computational tools to support structure-based compound design. Services: Virtual screening and docking to biological targets and computational design of small molecules; Organic synthesis of small molecules, building blocks, or compound libraries; Medicinal chemistry and lead optimization of biologically active compounds; Drug metabolism/pharmacokinetic (DMPK) and metabolic profiling of organic compounds.
